- Get down to the finish number on the board, or below it. A throw that would take you under zero is a bust: the throw is used and your number stays.

Single season boards use home runs, RBIs, runs, hits or pitchers’ strikeouts.
Career boards and boards for a run of seasons stick to batting totals: home runs, RBIs, runs, hits and stolen bases. They can include the all-time home run and hit leaders.
A 200-hit season is a big throw on a hits board. Use it before you get close.
