MLB trivia games
Baseball keeps better records than any other sport, which makes it the best of the five to build trivia from. These games lean on that: batting and pitching leaderboards, journeyman careers across four or five franchises, and rosters from seasons you had half-forgotten.
Start with these
- Squad SweepName players on a random team's roster before you run out of lives.
- Leaderboard RushA hidden stat board — name as many of the leaders as you can.
- Career PathTeam by team, season by season — whose career is this?
- DartsSubtract players' stats to land on zero — go under and you bust.
- Stat PyramidFive tiers, bottom to top — save your all-time greats for the top.
Common questions
- Does it cover both batting and pitching?
- Yes. The leaderboard and stat games draw from both, so a board might ask for home runs one round and strikeouts the next.
- Are the league and division filters historically accurate?
- Yes — they follow the alignment of the season in question rather than today's. Houston counts as a National League club before 2013 and an American League club after it, for example.
